Melissa Minisci- Delbuono  

Founder & CEO Melissa  Minisci-DelBuono, created Project Save Hospitality after the pandemic of 2020 took over the Hospitality Industry leaving so many to abandon their beloved careers. She is Passionate about helping those effected, and to share the amazing talent of the Hospitality industry with the world.

Born and raised in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, Melissa has had a successful Career opening multiple branded and high end boutique hotels in Boston, Upstate NY, Connecticut and New York City as a Director of Sales & Marketing. Melissa  attended Rochester Institute of Technology as a major in Finance and Criminal Justice with a minor in Accounting and a concentration in Sociology, as well as an M.B.A and an M.S in Strategic Marketing.  She also holds a degree from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management. 

Melissa has served on several community nonprofit boards, loves spending time with her family, is an avid world traveler, and is passionate about growing Project Save Hospitality with her amazing team.

Kingsley Egbuchunam

Co Founder of Project Save Hospitality Kingsley Egbuchunam has a passion for connecting people as well as giving back which is made evident with his newest venture.  Kingsley was born and raised in Lagos Nigeria and before his 15th birthday left his native country to attend TASIS Boarding school, one of the most prestigious high schools in Europe. While overseas he quickly developed a love for traveling and exploring different cultures around the world. After receiving his bachelors in Marketing and Masters in Organizational Leadership he took a dive into unknown waters and started an unplanned career in hospitality. Over the years he has worked for 4 different hotel brands in New York City in a sales capacity and most recently was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Park South Hotel.

Kingsley enjoys cooking, working out, traveling and everything basketball. He is very focused on working towards entrepreneurship and continuing to lend his hand where he feels he can make an impact on others.

Amanda Minisci-Parisi

Director of Operations at Project Save Hospitality, Amanda Minisci-Parisi has a passion for helping people grow and achieve their goals.  Along with her dedication and commitment to excellence, she quickly understands the needs of her fellow hospitality workers during this time. Amanda was born and raised in Seneca Falls, NY and after graduation attended Buffalo State College with a Major in Business Administration and a double minor in Management and Hospitality and Tourism.  After graduating from Buffalo State in 2011, she continued her Hospitality career starting out as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.  After moving through the ranks she then twitched from operations to Sales in 2016, where she is now a Director of Sales and Marketing at a full service hotel in Rochester NY.

Amanda is newly married with a new born.  Out-side of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, working out, basically any activity outside and spending time with her family and friends.

Lotis Soriano

Lotis Soriano is the Social Media Manager for Project Save Hospitality. Prior to volunteering for the group she worked for Hyatt Centric Times Square as the Guest Experience Manager. Lotis excelled in this role and was able to lead her group to consistently go beyond their target survey score.  Prior to joining hospitality, Lotis had extensive marketing experience in the Philippines where she was born and raised. 
She launched and led several successful marketing campaigns for Samsung, two of which won for best execution in Southeast Asia. Before permanently moving to New York, she was part of the core group for a senate campaign handling communications and social media which has gathered the most votes for a senator in Philippine election history. Lotis always believes in charitable causes and volunteering her time. She participated in an organization that sent underprivileged children to school. She also played a key role in having a local television station donate ten thousand care packages so poor children in the Philippines would have a Christmas gift to open. 

Lotis is a vegan who loves bringing people together by hosting parties. She also loves exercising and traveling.  Lastly, she is a dedicated new dog mom to her shih tzu, Crusher.

Danny Harpaz

Danny Harpaz is director of public relations and strategic partnerships at Sofitel New York in Midtown Manhattan. In this role, he develops and executes communications strategies, promotions and events for the property, brokering an exclusive 5-year partnership that positioned Sofitel as the “Official Hotel of the Tony Awards.” He is responsible for evaluating media opportunities, overseeing the implementation of brand-identity initiatives and managing communications among the hotel’s leadership and various agencies.

In addition to his day-to-day work, Danny is actively involved in a number of professional and social organizations. Of note, he has been a member of NYC & Company’s Hotel PR Committee since 2014, and was previously the education chair on the global board of Young Travel Professionals, an industry organization focused on supporting the next generation of travel and hospitality professionals in their career development. 

Danny, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, earned his degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UMass Amherst in 2014.  A dedicated alumnus, he has stayed connected with his alma mater through his work on alumni committees for both the Isenberg School of Management and the Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Department as a campus speaker and AccorHotels campus recruiter, as well as by mentoring current HTM students.
